Painkillers, etc.

I have raging toothache. I am booked in with my dentist, first thing Monday.

What I need right now is painkillers and anti-inflammatories!

Oh wondrous VZi, what are the best (strongest) I can buy, from over the counter?

I'm sure there's plenty of mad stuff, hidden away in Grandma's cupboard, but I think we'll have to give those a miss.
