The BUSFEST CREW extend a HAPPY NEW YEAR & A MASSIVE thanks to all of you who supported again at BUSFEST 2015.
ADVANCE BOOKINGS OPEN 15TH JANUARY.
We look forward to meeting you all (and a whole lot more new Transporter Fans ) again in 2016 at Malvern for the annual BUSFEST, which will continue to be the BIGGEST and BEST truly INTERNATIONAL VW TRANSPORTER FESTIVAL anywhere! :hug:
This year we will be Upping the Gain to make your BUSFEST EXPERIENCE even MORE spectacular and enjoyable. Much more information on this will be announced (gradually) later in the year you will not be disappointed..
What we can announce, is that the improved infrastructure on the site, in particular the water supply, means that we will now be able to give you even better welfare facilities on most of the campsites this year, (yes, folks this means more SHOWERS!)
And yes folks, there will have to be a small increase in our fees this year to enable us to continue to produce our events. This will be the first one for over 3 Years. :)
Now if you look around & see at what we come up with (in all weathers but usually sunny!) every year, and the fantastic Showground facilities that are available to you, we believe we give you excellent value for money for a whole weekend of family entertainment at BUSFEST.
So; BUSFEST 2016 FEES will be as follows;
CAMPING ADULT Will now be £40 Per Adult. (this is just a £3 increase in 3 years)
CAMPING UNIT Will remain the same at £20 per CAMPING UNIT (7M x 7M PLOT)
DAY VISITOR FEE Remains the same at £15 per Adult.
Children under 16 years of age FREE Entry & unlike many other events you will NOT be hit by any extra Booking or Delivery charges.
Our ADVANCE TICKET BOOKING SYSTEM for BOTH the VANFEST & BUSFEST events will be opening January 15th

We have some MORE fantastic news for you.... THE RETURN OF VANFEST
Instead of having to wait until SEPTEMBER to get your annual fix of marvellous Malvern & BUSFEST.
We are very pleased to announce that we will be producing & presenting THREE events during 2016;
VANFEST 27th - 29th MAY.
YES!!!.... you heard it right, VANFEST will be returning to Malvern & The Three Counties Showground THIS YEAR over the MAY BANK HOLIDAY Weekend.
VANFEST was the predecessor to the existing BUSFEST event & ran between 1994 & 2011.
We believe there is still a need for a well organised and supported showground based event able to operate (and survive) in all weathers EARLIER in the year.VANFEST will become that event.
The New VANFEST will be different and (initially) a lot smaller than our BUSFEST event and will be aiming to attract Vans & Campers of ALL MAKES & TYPES to a weekend of family fun and activities.

BONAWEEN 21st 23rd October.
OK, Diehard Transporter & Campfire Camping fans will know that we have for the past four years been running a horrifyingly good little Camping weekend, which combines all of the frighteningly good and explosive fun of BOTH Halloween & Bonfire Nights.
BUSFEST BONAWEEN happens at the end of October at our WELLAND Site. (This year it will be over the weekend of; 21/23 OCTOBER.
This year we want to encourage more of you come so that we can develop the camping weekend into a full blown weekend EVENT of fun and frolics for all of the family with traders, upgraded entertainment and also provide some (slightly less) horrible facilities on the site.

We can promise that we will (again) be bringing you a really fantastic set of events for 2016 & we look forward to seeing you all (and possibly a whole lot of new faces as well) during the year.
If some of you can face the thought of actually seeing some of us before that and having a chat, our Busfest PROMO TEAM will be active (well some of them might be!) at several VW Events and other shows this year. They are quite approachable & if you want some Busfest Regalia (or cant get to grips with our on line ticketing system) then you can also book your Busfest Tickets at our Promotion Stand.
