Suspension Steering box question if going to air or hydros in future??

Hi,

I'm about to buy a TRW steering box as mine has suddenly got way too much play like 4"-5" :eek: Currently under carport as it isn't safe to drive like that.

I have a Slamwerks 4" narrowed beam which was already fitted when I bought the car and dropped spindles. I'm guessing it's the crashing over bumps that has caused my current box to get so much play?

Basically the question is if I go to air or hydro's later this year would I need to get a different steering box, ie if I went to an airbeam, would this new box still be used?
