Body paint reaction

putting a grey primer coat on the beetle

getting some lovely crazing effects where its reacting with the paint underneath, which is matt black primer ?? how old

my grey primer is acrylic

im wondering if the old paint is cellulose.

do they do a cellulose rattle can ??

or what other things can i do to stop this issue

dont have the inclination to bare metal it etc
