Engine Flywheel removal help!

Hi can anyone help, cannot remove flywheel nut......got the socket on the nut with bandanas extension pole on the T bar and all I'm achieving is bending the T bar of my socket set....I presume it normal anti clockwise to undo......any other tips most welcome
