What business apps/software do you use?

Just wondering what you business bods use via your phones or PC's (I won't say Macs :lol:) for your business, outside of the usual MS Office, browser etc.?

I've just downloaded an Image to PDF converter on my phone to save time scanning all my receipts to PDFs for the annual accounts.

Anyone?
