Engine Which flywheel?

Hi
I've just bought a 2332 type 1 motor to go in my early bay. It's got a lightened flywheel on, but I'm not sure whether I'd be better off with a standard one? It's really only going to be used for road use.

Also what can you recommend with regards to the clutch? Stage 1 Kennedy? Which friction disc?
